New members are always welcome to come and give us a try.

If you enjoy singing and would like to join us come along to a rehearsal evening - we will give you a warm welcome.

We rehearse each term-time Tuesday evening from 7.30-9.30pm in the Learning for Life Centre in Manor Street, Braintree

There are no auditions but an ability to read music is always an advantage - although many of our members do not!

Braintree Choral is a mixed ability choir and is always looking for new singers in all voice sections and all ages.

There is an annual subscription fee to cover the cost of the rehearsal venue, the conductor and accompanist which is £70 per year and £60 for over 60’s. But membership for those under 25 years of age is FREE.
